● The negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours (from the time of sampling) must be provided.

● Patients should take antigen self-test on site (you can bring the antigen test reagents by yourself).

● Before entering the hospital, please show your ID card/passport/ medicare card and appointment information, scan the venue code, take body temperature measurement, wear a mask(N95 or KN95 is suggested) and complete the epidemiological investigation.

● Please come alone if possible. But if you have difficulty in moving, you are allowed to have one accompany who should obey the epidemic prevention requirements too.

● Please cooperate with us on epidemic prevention and control measures, including wearing a mask, washing your hands, and keeping at least one-meter distance when waiting in line, etc..

Notice:

● Appointments need to be made at least 3 days in advance.

● For Cervical Cancer&Breast Cancer Screening Package, please avoid the menstrual period, and abstain from sex for 3 days before the checkup.

● For Man's Health Checkup Package, please refrain from eating or drinking from 10pm the previous night before the checkup and arrive in the morning.

● Due to a large amount of appointments during special offer period, the report will be ready in about 2-3 weeks.
